By utilizing the Cortex Protocol and our universal memory layer infrastructure, you agree to these operational terms designed to protect the integrity of the network and your data.
Service Usage
You may use Cortex strictly to provide persistent memory context to authorized AI agents via the Model Context Protocol.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for securing your Personal Access Tokens (PATs). Do not expose these tokens in public code repositories.
Protocol Conduct
Reverse-engineering the ingest layer or intentionally overloading the vector endpoints is strictly prohibited.
Service Lifecycle
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that maliciously violate our rate limits or compromise node infrastructure.
1. License and Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cortex Protocol grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and commercial use of the Cortex API services via the Model Context Protocol.
2. Liability Limitation
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cortex Protocol makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the continuous availability of the API, or the accuracy of memories synthesized by third-party agents leveraging the protocol.
